1. Remove the material that caused the stain.

2.Place a towel / paper cloth under the spot of the stain.

3. Apply the liquid to the stain, rubbing in a circle.

・ After use, remove any remaining cleaning liquid with a damp cloth.
・ Do not use a hot iron or dryer on the stain (includes tumble dryers).

SHIPPING

Please check the shipping fees for the other destinations.

• Our items will be shipped via Japan Post by Economy/ Standard International Mail Service or Express Mail Service (EMS) depending on the shipping destination.

• The tracking number is only available for orders shipped by EMS and will be provided as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• It usually 
  takes 7-14 business days for shipments to be delivered by Economy/ Standard International Mail Service, and around 7 days by EMS. However, please understand that it may take more time for some destinations.
• Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination are not under our control.  If you will not receive your order within 30 days, please contact us by e-mail

• There are limitations to our shipping area, therefore please check the shipping exception area.

International Buyers - Please Note

RETURNS

All items are returnable with our acceptance

• Unable to repair & exchange others (No substitutes)

• You should contact us within 14 Days after receiving the item (the buyer pays shipping fees)

• Only unused items or items that are damaged by the time of reception will be refunded

• All shipping costs 
  and any charges for returns need to be paid by buyers. However, if the item is received damaged or lost in transit, we will cover you from being responsible.
